Our Story
Real estate should feel personal
Too often the industry treats people like transactions — but buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moments in a person’s life.
I wanted to build a brokerage that takes a guest-service approach to real estate, where every client feels heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Family is the most important part of my life, and that perspective shapes how we serve others. Many of the people we work with are families making major life decisions, and they deserve a level of attention and care that goes beyond the typical real estate experience. With the constant support of my wife and kids, I’m able to do what I love most — serve people and help them confidently move into their next chapter.

Marcelo Escanuela
Broker / Owner
Originally from New York, Marcelo spent his early career in Florida with The Walt Disney Company, where he met his wife, Mary Liz. In 2014, the two moved to Evans, GA to be closer to family — and it's there that he founded Dogwood Real Estate. Now a father of two, Penelope and Leo, Marcelo leads the team as Broker/Owner, bringing the same first-class care to every client that he brings to his own family.
Noah Strickland
Licensed Real Estate Agent · Director of Sales
A lifelong Augusta local, Noah is licensed in GA and SC and serves as Director of Sales. He's built his career on genuine relationships and honest advice, guiding buyers, investors, and families through the process with as little stress as possible.
Sara Grace Goolsby
Licensed Real Estate Agent · Director of Operations
An Augusta native with a background in customer service, Sara Grace serves as Director of Operations and is licensed in both GA and SC. She's passionate about connecting with clients and making every transaction smooth and enjoyable.

Stationed in Augusta by the Army in 2017, Michael fell in love with the area and made it home — now with his wife Jena and their son Jackson. He's passionate about helping clients reach their real estate goals with top-tier service.

A Clemson graduate who moved to Evans in 2018, Robert made the switch to real estate in 2019 after a career in sales. He loves meeting new people and creating lasting friendships, and his goal is to make buying or selling a home easy — even fun.

Licensed since 2009, Kelley believes helping people buy or sell their home is a privilege. A devoted wife, mother of four, and grandmother of four, she's guided by strong ethics and a belief that real estate is really about people and relationships.
